Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

​We offer regular domestic postage which is $10 and takes approx. 3-5 business days or express postage which is $15 and takes 1 business day to deliver.

​

Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day.

​

There are no deliveries made on weekends or NSW public holidays.

We currently do not ship internationally. If you are looking on placing an international order then please contact us for a custom quote.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

By Purchasing from our Online store it confirms that you accept the terms and conditions of the transaction. Once order is put through these terms and conditions apply.

​

We accept returns for an exchange or Store Credit within 7 days from date of purchase if change of mind on full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged items. Items must be in original condition and all tags attached intact as per original garment.

Items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving.​

Eleni Clothing reserves the right to deny a store credit or exchange if the item does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.

Items purchased on our online store can be exchanged in store.

 We do not supply return labels. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

​

Customers are liable for all costs incurred for returning an item back.

We strictly do not offer refunds!

Faulty Items

We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to dispatch and advise customers to contact us within 24 hours of receiving their garment if they suspect that an item may be faulty. If possible we also request that the customer send us an image of the 'fault'.

We will not be liable for compensating you for the return postage cost if you have firstly not advised us of the issue/fault and received authorisation for the return.

If a customer wears a garment even though it shows signs of 'fault' the customer has accepted the item in the condition it was received and the item is no longer eligible for refund or exchange. Garments that are returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected immediately they are received and an email notifying you of the outcome will be sent within 3 business days.

* Goods are deemed faulty if:

a) the goods are damaged when the customer receives them
b) the goods show a distinct manufacturing fault

Garments damaged while being tried on will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Please choose carefully as we Strictly do not accept Returns or  refunds on sale items unless faulty.
